FAQ

Q. Is the Welcome Lounge really free?

A. Yes - it's a free space for hotel guests only, with no additional charge of any kind.

Q. What are the opening hours?

A. 14:00 to 23:00. Alcoholic drinks are served between 18:00 and 23:00.

Q. Can I use the lounge before check-in?

A. Generally, it's for use after check-in. Since standard check-in is at 15:00, only guests on The Oriental Floor (with 14:00 early check-in) would have access between 14:00 and 15:00.

Q. Can I use it after checking out?

A. Standard check-out is at 12:00, and the lounge opens at 14:00, so the two don't usually overlap on a normal schedule. If you're wondering about an extended stay in the lounge after checkout, it's best to ask the front desk directly.

Q. How many times can I use the lounge?

A. There's no limit - you're welcome to come and go as often as you like during opening hours (14:00-23:00) once you've checked in.

Q. Can I bring my own food or drinks in?

A. We haven't found clear guidance on this either way - if it matters to you, it's best to check with the front desk at check-in.

Q. Can I take snacks or drinks back to my room?

A. Yes - lidded cups are provided, so you can take snacks and drinks back to enjoy in your room.

Q. Can I stop by the lounge before heading to Disney?

A. Yes. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus to both Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, so grabbing a quick snack or drink here before heading out is an easy way to start the day. Full shuttle bus details are in our main hotel guide, linked below.

Guest Reviews

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐  Free-flow drinks | Traveled with family, March 2026

I was surprised the guest lounge had free-flow beer and sparkling wine. Great hotel overall, but if you like a drink, it takes some self-control!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐  Partner hotel perks | Solo traveler, May 2026

Being a partner hotel meant we could drop bags off at Bon Voyage and have them delivered straight to the hotel, then take the direct bus back on our last day. Between that and the free-flow lounge and breakfast, it was a great stay overall.

⭐⭐⭐⭐  Convenience | Traveled with family, April 2026

A cute, theme-park-like hotel with a free-flow snack and drink lounge. Having a convenience store attached made it easy to grab whatever we forgot.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐  Traveling with kids | Family with young children, June 2026

Our kids got completely absorbed in making cotton candy - an hour went by before we noticed. The candy corner was adorable too, we ended up taking way too many photos.

⭐⭐⭐⭐  Atmosphere | Traveled as a couple, February 2026

Sitting under the lit-up trees genuinely helped shake off the day's travel fatigue. Plenty of sofa seating meant we could relax without worrying about the kids at the next table.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐  Repeat visit | Traveled with family, July 2026

We've been a few times now, and the lounge menu changes slightly each visit, which keeps it interesting. Stopping by right after check-in has become a bit of a family tradition.

⭐⭐⭐  Busy in the evening | Traveled with family, May 2026

It was full during the evening check-in rush. → You can take snacks back to your room even when it's full, and it's worth trying again after the rush dies down.

⭐⭐⭐  Arrived before opening | Traveled with family, June 2026

We arrived early and couldn't get in before check-in. → Standard check-in starts at 15:00, so if you arrive early, Tiroir or the lobby are good places to pass the time.
