Once we actually parked, we were surprised at how much wider the aisles were than we expected — parking itself was straightforward. Being able to see the neighboring hotel from the lot is a nice touch unique to Fantasy Springs Hotel.

The aisles were wider than expected, and we had plenty of room parking even with a larger vehicle. The spaces themselves felt generously sized too.
Getting off at the Urayasu exit on the expressway, we reached the hotel without any confusion. Our GPS picked up the destination without issue.
We took a trip out to Ikspiari during our stay, and being able to enter and exit just by showing the parking ticket was really convenient.
The path from the parking lot to the hotel entrance was well maintained, so moving around was easy even with a lot of luggage.
We stayed two nights, and since the rate drops after the first night, it feels like better value the longer you stay.
Being able to see Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama from the parking lot made it a helpful landmark, even on our first visit to the area.
Our departure happened to overlap with closing time, and the surrounding roads were congested enough that it took a while to reach the exit.
